To help ensure that our software solutions deliver the results we have pledged, we offer our customers product training.
Product training is crucial for ensuring that installations are trouble free and that solutions are optimally configured to deliver all the benefits available from our products.
Training programs can be tailored for specific audiences such as Administrators or Users to ensure the maximum benefits for your organization.
A major feature of KOMpliance is the ease with which it can be installed. However, should you need us, our support specialists are available and will work with you to ensure that our products are installed and working properly in your unique environment.
If you install the software yourself, upon completion of installation, contact us for a software activation key during our normal hours of operation (Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST), at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For customers planning to perform a product installation outside these hours, we recommend contacting our technical support 24 hours in advance to ensure that a technical support specialist will be available to assist you.
