What level of technical support is provided with KOMpliance?

Technical support is part of the annual maintenance agreement. The purchase of a KOMpliance unit includes the first three years of maintenance.

Providing professional, courteous and timely support to customers is our number one priority. Customers and partners have around-the-clock 24x7 access to our technical support team via email and telephone.

In addition to 24 x 7 support, customers also receive:

  • 4-hour onsite hardware service
  • Free maintenance release updates and free minor release upgrades.
